Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products or services. SamStore General Store reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. Orders are deemed accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.

Payment: Payment for orders can be made using various methods such as credit/debit cards, electronic payment systems, or cash on delivery where available.

Refund Policy 

SamStore General Store accepts returns and offers refunds or exchanges for eligible products a specified timeframe. . Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact and refund request must be initiated by customers within 3 days of the order delivery. The refund amount will be credited to their accounts within 5-7 business days after refund is accepted at the store. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

SamStore General Store aims to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. SamStore General Store is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Policy Terms:

1.  Free Shipping Eligibility:

   - Orders qualify for free shipping if the total amount is 300 Rs or more.

   - Free shipping applies to deliveries within a 5 Km radius from the Samstore location.

2.  Delivery Timeframe:

   - Orders within the 5 Km radius will be delivered within a maximum of one hour from the time of order confirmation.

   - This fast delivery service is aimed at ensuring prompt service for nearby customers.

3.  Order Placement Timings:

   - Orders can be placed between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, during regular store operating hours.

   - Orders placed after 10:00 pm and before 11:00 am will be processed and delivered after 11:00 am, once the store reopens.

4.  Product Authenticity Guarantee:

   - Samstore guarantees that all products sold are 100% original and authentic.

   - Customers can shop with confidence knowing that the products they receive are genuine.

5.  Delivery Area Limitation:

   - Free shipping and one-hour delivery services are limited to locations within a 5 Km radius from the store.

   - Delivery within 40Km will be done within 8 hours

   - Delivery within 40 Km to 80 Km will be done within 24 hours

 -   Delivery within 80 Km to 200 Km will be done within 2 days

   - Customers outside this radius may be subject to different shipping charges and longer delivery times.

6.  Shipping Charges:

   - Minimum order for shipping is 300 Rs

  -  Shipping charges as per selected city are applicable as notified at the time of order.

   - The specific charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of order placement.

7.  Delivery Exceptions:

   - In exceptional cases such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.

   - Samstore will make every effort to communicate such delays to affected customers promptly.
